I was wonder if I can put 1 beta in with my bala skark, 2 redtailed sharks, and 2 suckerfish

Answer
The short answer is no for the follwing reasons:

Bala sharks reach 15 inches

The red tailed sharks reach 6 inches

The "suckerfish" or Hypostomus plecostomus can reach 16 inches

The betta can reach 3 inches

If you want a labyrinth fish that would be better suited for this tank then go with a gold, three spot, or blue gourami
