Answer
Jamie,
Usually all the things that you have done work. How long was he in the salt bath? I hardly ever use the Epsom salt just aquarium salt. Try fasting him again for 2 days. On day 3 feed him again the cooked shelled pea. Make sure you are not giving him the shell of the pea because he will not be able to digest it. Then fast him again for 2 days. Make sure his heater is set at 80 degrees at all times. Try a regular aquarium salt bath. It is done the same way. In a 1 gallon bowl dissolve 1 teaspoon of salt. Make sure it is dissolved before you put him in or it will burn him. Let him swim around in it for 5 to 7 minutes. Do this twice a day for a couple of days. It is very important that the salt water is the same temperature as his tank water. Make sure you are making clean fresh salt water every time. DO NOT use the same water twice. Make sure you are adding the water conditioner to this water as well. When you look at him from above, are his scales sticking out kinda like a pine cone? I would not use the Betta revive since it is very little help. Let me know how his scales look.
