my ram has lumps on its head

hi, hope you can help we have a ram that has got white lumps on its head, the thing is they are uniformed he/she has three on either side of his head and two on his/her forehead....any idea what this is?

Hi Lee,
 Do they look like little cones?  If so, this could be a disease called columnaris.  The best treatment is better water in the tank.  Are you doing lots of regular partial water changes?  You need to be changing 25% of the water in the tank once a week, every week.
