boy?...girl?

i have Poco, tinfoil barb, blue Gramie, and albino Oscar. how do i tell if they are a boy or a girl??

 I am not sure what a "Poco" is.  I have never heard that word before.

 I am unfamiliar with how to sex tinfoil barbs.

 With blue gouramis, the males are brighter and the females have a slightly different shape, carrying more of their weight in the belly region than males.

 Oscars cannot be sexed just by looking at them -- males and females do not differ in any obvious external ways. That is one of the things that makes oscars so intersting.
