Answer
Hello Hana,
What your betta has is SBD, which is Swim Bladder Disease. This occurs normally when you overfeed you fish. Don't feed him for 48 hours, and he should go back to normal. From now on cut back on how much you feed him. Remember, their stomach is the same size as their eye! It may look like a very small amount of food, but they are very small animals! Also, he only needs two or three very small feedings a day. So like 2 pellets in the morning and two at night, or a very small pinch of flaked food, mashed into tiny pieces.
Also, they do not need a bubble or an air pump, so you can leave that off. If he is in anything under one gallon, put him in a larger tank, and make sure you change out his water at least once a week.
