Question
hi, I have 1 silver dollar in my community tank which i thought was dead when i saw him lifeless next to the filter inlet, his right eye had gone cloudy and when i picked him out he was lifeless and limp in my hand but then after about 30 secs he suddenly started flipping around in my hand i have separated him into another  tank on his own as worried he might have a disease his right eye is still cloudy please help .... i bought him 4 days ago and he looked well plus all my other fish seem well too. he is now looking very ill!!!!!
~My other fish are 1 angle 4yrs old, 1 rainbow shark 4yrs old, 1 leopard danio 4yrs old, 1 pim pictus 1mnth old, 1 columbian cat 1mnth old, 1 pleco 1mnth old, 1 rope fish 1mnth old, 1 dragon goby 1 mnth old, all living in a 180ltr tank

Answer
Hi Nigel,
It sounds like the other fish beat him up badly (that's why his eye is cloudy).  It would be a good idea to separate him to give him a chance to recover.
