I think my fish is dieing!Please help!

ok, so, i have 2 canary yellow goldfish, and they were both in this pretty big tank. After awhile one of them became bigger and the other started to loose weight. The bigger guy is bullying him big time, my smaller fish has gotten sick allot probably due to stress, i don't know really but now, everything has gotten much,much worse. My smaller fish started lying at the bottom of the tank allot, mind you, he could swim fine yesterday when the light was on, his tale is almost completely gone too, i can see the bullying-it gets pretty vicious for goldfish. Last night i moved my smaller fish too a bowl, it was the only way he would even have a chance of survival, still he seems just as bad-maybe worse- he just lyes at the bottom sort of on his side.

Please, please write back soon. I know he doesn't have much time left- hours maybe, if i don't do something fast-. I really love this little guy please please help. Thank you.

Hi M,
 Sorry for the delay in responding; I am actually out of the country right now.  That said, there isn't much you can do other than keep the two fish separate to give the smaller one a chance to heal.  Be sure that his water has an airstone in it so that there is lots of oxygen in the water.
