my blood parrot fish is sick

hi i have 2 blood parrot fish but recently they seem to be sick have some kind of disease.. on the  head around the nose there is a big white moldy part tissues are falling off and also the tail fin has split .. i went to the pet store and got the  T.C.TETRACYCLINE used it for 2 days now but the fish doesnt seem to be getting better.. tail fin split more... i dont know what is the right medication for my fish , please help~

Hi Miao,
  Are you sure that they are not attacking each other, i.e., fighting?  The damage you describe is exactly what I would expect if they were fighting with each other.
