i have 4 week old foal

i have a 4 week old foal she is lossin hair around her face eyes n inside legs but she is fine in her self still runiing around and happy, dont no what it is she is in feild with her mum with grass am gin to get vet out if it gets any worse but dont no what it is do u no what it is n how u treat it??.

Not sure if she is just getting rid of some of her hair or is it a rash or redness.  IF she is normal in all other ways, I may just call the vet and talk to her over the phone, she know of something that is in the area and is causing this.
