Turn Out/Hacking Turn Out

Question
I was wondering if you would be able to tell me what i need to wear and what my horse needs to wear for an ordinary turn out class and also what i would need to wear and my horse would need to wear in a hacking turn out?  I know there's a difference but its remembering which goes with which class!  thank you!

My show experience is all in the U.S.  However, I did a quick Google search and  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Show_hack  address the classes in the U.K. while http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Bluffs/3386/hacking.html talks about shows in Australia.

Also, when I used to show I always obtained a copy of the rules under which the shows I attended were judged.  F.E.I., American Horse Show Association, American Quarter Horse Association etc.  There will be a finite set of rules for the shows you participate in. If I were you, I would check to see what rules the shows you are interested in are using and invest in buying the most recent rule book.
