wolf tooth

hello madam, when does wolf tooth starts growing in the horse, i mean at what age and gender??? how does it trouble the horse while being ridden???

it starts to rapidly grow between the age of 3-8 in geldings and stallions. they need to be pulled because they can get sharp and cut the horses mouth. also the bit will hit it and cause pain. they should be removed as soon as possible and the horses teeth should be checked every year.
