QUESTION: hello madam, i'm getting confused. the horse is chewing the bit means he's uncomfortable with the bit. i'm i right?? then, how come you are saying that they are salivating by chewing the bit. what would be the difference between chewing the bit when they don't like it and chewing the bit when they are salivating. or can you post me a link which differentiates both chewing actions

chewing is chewing they is not difference in it. anytime the horse is moving its tongue around and chewing the bit it will salivate. it doesn't matter what mood the horse is in. it will still make the horse produce more spit. horse normally chew on the bit when they are uncomfortable, upset, or bored. some even do it just to play with it so yes you are correct.
