Sick Russian Turtle

I found Lucky last year half frozen in snow.  He is 6"x6" Russian Turtle.  There is white sticky substance in his urine.  What it wrong with him?

Those sound like urates, and they usually indicate a degree of dehydration.

It is easy to accidentally dehydrate a Russian Tortoise. You may want to review the cares at a good site like http://www.russiantortoise.org or http://www.tortoisetrust.org
