red eye turtle

My turtle is about 5 or 6 years old, lives in a 30 galons aquarium,in the past two days she looks that floats sideways, like the left side is not responding accordingly, the water looks strange  so I will empty her tank, but last night I took her out she doesn't move a lot. should I worry? what should I do?

Hi Alex, it sounds like she has a respiratory infection. Take her to the vet for proper diagnosis and medication.

RI can be deadly if not caught early enough, basically it is just like a cold, with fluid built up in her lungs it is making her lopsided and swimming awkward.
