making noice while eating

sir, my yellow footed turtle since last 15 days making some cracking noice,as if teeth joining each other, and so not able to eat properly....it must b of 6mths...i guess? kindly reply is there something to worry about it?

I am assuming you mean a South American Yellow-foot Tortoise?

Tortoises sometimes make a clicking noise while they eat- nothing to worry about by itself.

Not able to eat properly, however, is definitely something different and worse. This sounds like a broken or misaligned jaw and should be seen by a vet.

You may also want to check the basic cares to make sure it is getting the right diet, housing, etc.
