sulcatas tortoises

I have baby sulcatas tortoises and one has been making a lot of
squeaking noises at night. I don't know what that means. Is it a bad sign
or is it just having nightmares?

Hello What temos are you keeping him at? THey generally have a squeeking sound if they have picked up infections like upper airwaay infections.
Perhaps you can let me know his temps, is there bubble looking water around the eyes? Is the appetite ok?
