Baby Cottontails found -- Houston Area

We live in the country. Our kitty has been finding baby rabbits and bringing them into the house.  They look like cotton tails.  Are there any people that would foster cotton tails, as opposed to pet rabbits.  Please help before the little guys die of shock.  I'm in the Houston, TX, area.  We are giving the rabbits milk replacer.  There are 2 of them.  They are about the size of a man's thumb. The cat has been locked inside the house since she brought the bunnies home.

KMR kitten formula will work, but since they are so small you will probably want someone with experience to either take them or tell you how to properly take care of them until they can be released.
