rabbits and bugs

my rabbits have bugs they resemble small brown/black beatles and they jump like fleas, they've also been found on our cats and dog the rabbits stay strictly inside where may i find some information on these bugs and treatments?

They are very probably fleas, if they jump like fleas.  Some are relatively large, and may not look as flattened as a typical flea, especially if engorged with a recent blood meal.

Time to treat your rabbits with either Advantage or Revolution from your vet.  (DO NOT NOT NOT use Frontline, as it can be lethal to rabbits, though safe for dogs and cats.)

I would recommend Revolution over Advantage, since the former also works against mites and ticks.
