My rabbit broke his jaw

My rabbit broke is jaw on the right side i have taking him to A @ E where thay kept him in until thay assess what thay can do for him. Could you please advise me of what thay can and cant do. His name is Nibbles

Hi Fraser,
I'm so sorry to hear of your sad news,ouch..poor Nibbles.
 They will basically need to wire his jaw till it heals..and feed him through either a tube or through intervenous.
I wish you luck, this may be a really tricky situation to handle for a vet..and for the poor little guy, a rabbit can only withstand so much fear...I hope all goes well for Nibbles...good luck,hope the new year brings your rabbit home again healed and well. Elizabeth
