Bunny blindness- please help!

I am very worried i have a 3 year old holland  lop rabbit. in his right eye, there is
a white cloudy circle covering his pupil and most of his eye. His other eye is
perfectly fine though. Does this mean he is blind?? Please help- i love him and I
want him to be ok!

Please get your bunny to a good rabbit vet right away for preliminary evaluation:

This could be a corneal ulcer that needs immediate treatment, but there is almost no ulcer so severe that it can't be treated and cured with proper medication and time.  But it's painful, so please waste no time getting him to a good vet.  The vet might refer you to a veterinary ophthalmologist if the lesion is beyond his/her scope of expertise.

Please do this before the bunny permanently loses sight in that eye.
