URGENT runt pot belly pig 4 days old

runt of litter she five days old I'm feeding her goat milk and she is getting diarrhea . I heard that is not a good sign. I am keeping her warm an etc. and before she was moving lot and quailing which i guess was a good thing but now she barely moves at all an has the squirts please somebody give advice!!! thank you !

I would need to talk to you over the phone.
I will say that what you have described is not good news.
When piglets don't get the sows colostrum There is not a good chance that they will make it.
I do have some formulas for and things to help but I need to talk to you in person.
