Answer
Hello,
The piglet needs to be kept hydrated for sure.
He will need Pedialite and some Neosure baby formula and some liquid Vitamin B12.  Buy the powdered kind so you can use the Pedialite in it instead of tap water.
Feed him with a syringe every hour.  Small amounts are fine.
Mix up 4 oz at a time so it stays fresh.  Make sure it is room temperature (not to warm) before he drinks it.
I draw it up in a syringe and while holding him in a towel squirt small amounts into the back corner of his mouth.  You can try to to put it in like a bottle nipple in front and sometimes they will actually suck from the end of it.
Be careful as is if scream to much while you are feeding them they can aspirate and get it in their lungs.  Just go low and easy.  After her eats make sure he has some straight Pedialite.
Also.....put a dish of Pedialite in with him at all times.  Continue to try to get him to drink out of the dish.
I had one just like him a couple of weeks ago and he is doing great now eating on his own.
You can call me at 503-812-3778 if you need to.  I am in Beverly Hills Delivering a piglet so this is my cell phone.
Good luck to you and your piglet!
