Answer
Get goat milk or goat milk powder from your grocery or health food store. Also, look for a pet or feed store near you that carries pot-bellied pig pellets. Ask them for "starter" pellets, if they don't have them, then ordinary pot-bellied pig pellets will do.

Put the goat milk with a little bread in the bottom of a shallow pan. Make the mixture room temperature or just slightly warm, not hot.

Switch piggy from milk to pellets by gradually adding a few pellets at a time to the milk at each meal, until the mix resembles cream of wheat or oatmeal. Keep the food at this consistency until piggy is 5 or 6 weeks old, then gradually begin decreasing the amount of milk.

Piglets should get 1/2 food per 15 lb of piglet, divided into at least two meals. Very small piglets, like yours, should be allowed to eat as much as they like, and should have three or four meals per day.

Pigs under 4 weeks old won't be interested in food as a treat. By the time piggy is 5 or 6 weeks old, piggy will be more interested in eating different things.

Piggy will probably be quiet stressed, and may have potty issues over the next few days.

Pigs normally wean their babies at 8 weeks or so. Your piglet is very young to be away from Mom. I recommend seeing a veterinarian for a health check up, there's a list of vets that see pot-bellied pigs at www.farec.org

I highly recommend the book Pot-Bellied Pig Behavior and Training by Priscilla Valentine. Pris really understood how pigs think and why they do the things they do. The book is inbetween printings right now, I think there are copies available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
