EYE DRANING

MY DAUGHTERS RAT HAS A BROWNISH RED DRANIAGE AROUND ONLY ONE EYE. SHE DOESN'T SEEM TO HAVE ANY OTHER PROBLEMS. SHE IS REATHER HEALTHY. SHE EATS PLENTY AND THE CAIGE IS CLEANED EVERY WEEKEND. COULD IT BE AN ALLEGERY?

What your daughters rat may have is called PORPHYRIN.

To be certain it is not something else, please check my website and the page I am about to give you the URL for.  There are photos to compare so you can let me know if this is the same thing the rat has coming from her eye.

Once I hear back from you I will go over a few things so we can find out what is causing her to have this.  If it is porphyrin it is caused by stress in most cases rather than allergies, so I will need to ask you some questions in order to be able to know what triggered it.
