what do i do my rat gus cut one toe off the tip off the one beside it.will he be ok do i need to tack him to the vet.

How did this happen?  Is there any swelling? Was there alot of bleeding?  Is he limping??  

It may just dry up on its own. Is it scabbed over?
Apply a dab of antibiotic ointment on it a few times a day but if its swollen and red etc...let me know right away.
