my rat is has a hurt tail

I just went to get my rat out of her cage one day and she had a hurt tail. She squeaks whenever it is touched but there is no protruding bones or anything like that. She doesn't even have a welt its just sensitive in the middle part of her tail. Please help me find out what to do with her. Will a drink of some sort help her?

No there is no drink that can help her. Is there any lump at all?

How do you know she hurt it other than she squeaks when you touch it?
How is she doing now? There is really no treatment for a hurt tail unless there are visual signs as to what is wrong.
