Bleeding nose/sores

Question
My pet rats nose has been bleeding, not really a lot, but when she sneezes, a little will come out. She also has sores on her and I have no idea where they are coming from. She is the only rat we have and I change her bedding frequently.
What is wrong with her? Is it something I can buy medicine for, or maybe something I am doing wrong? Or should I take her to the vet?

No vet yet unless she is not eating or acting like herself.  Your rats nose is not bleeding.  Please refer to my website to understand what is going on with her.  Many people that are new to rats see this red discharge and assume the rats nose and eyes are bleeding which is scary, so they come to me and ask the same question.

Also, what type of bedding do you use?  
How long have you had her?
