what to do!

I was reading a book that said you can't feed your rats raw penuts,raw brussell sprouts and raw beans wich of all we did. I have tow rats female and one is acting very ill and the other is fine. What should I do. We have no vets that know anything on rats.

One time should not hurt, but if you kept doing it, that would cause some harm.

Raw,dry beans and raw peanuts contain antinutrients that destroy vitamin A. It may also destroy the important enzymes needed to digest protein and starches, and causes red blood cells to clump. Doing it once or twice should not really make a difference.

Oh, and peanuts are super high in fats and proteins so I would avoid them altoghter!
