Sick rat from fan?

I've slept with my fan on recently at nighttime and now I noticed my rat making noises while i hold her. If it did what can I do to make her better? I've only had her 2 days and she was fine before this.

No the fan wont hurt the rat or cause illness.  What kind of noises do you hear? Does it sound like she is grinding her teeth together or is it a chirping coming from her chest?
