Weird black things by rats eye

Hi i put a post up her a couple weeks ago about my rat she had a weird bump on her tail and scabby patches on her skin and hair looss so they said mites which shes had before so i cave her the revolution and its been a few days i cant rlly tell a difference and now she has weir black growths surrounding her eye there very tiny but definitely not the typicall red eye discharge. i seem to remember seeing a picture of this somewhere when i 1st got her but i cant seem to find anything on it (shes currently walking across my keyboard haha). Any help would be much aprectiated!

Dear Grace,

After Revolution has been applied, the rat will be even MORE itchy for a day or so, because the mites are squirming and dying. So give it another couple of days.

Please attach a photo of the eyes so I can show it to some people who have more medical knowledge than I do. I am having a hard time imagining it.
