Can a white dove get along with cockatiels?

Can they be tamed enoguh to sit on a shoulder?

Do they play with anything?

What should be included in a doves diet?

Answer
No, it is not recomended to house cockatiels with other types of birds. (It is recomended to keep parrots and any soft-billed bird... *like doves, finches, etc...* seperated).

yes, doves can be tamed and do like to play with some parakeet-type toys.

I think you are the same person who has been asking me the questions about the lovebirds, cockatiels, ring-neck parakeets, etc.... It sounds like you really have not idea what type of bird would best suit your lifestyle. Many people have written books (100's of pages in length) on parrot behavior, care and selection. I simply cannot give you that kind of information in these responses. (Plus... this is a volunteer thing I'm doing and I don't have time to answer those kinds of questions).
