Squawking

Hi Maggie,

I have a female Indian Ringneck that is about a year and a half.  She talks some, but squawks more then like to deal with. Is there something I can do?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

HI Deborah,

Here are some links to articles that should help you learn how to minimize your ringneck's screaming (as much as possible). But do remember that these birds are known for their loud voices, and they will use them on a daily basis (several times a day) naturally. So, screaming is not something you will be able to elliminate completely. :(
