Kind of parrot

I was wondering if you could tell me what kind of parrot this is. He is a soild white they have a little yellow on his head. I would like to get one. Also what is the life span of these birds.Do you have any idea where to purchase these birds

they are cockatoo. these birds will live to be 50-75 yrs. old
they are a high maintains birds ,their nick name is teddy bear, they need alot of your time.!!! they need showers every week .you need to read read! alot before you buy one. they can be very loud so if you live in apartment do not buy one. buy from a breeder. go to pet store and ask if they know any breeder in your area. pick up a bird magazine. do alot of research please before buying
