Budgie colours

Hi Maggie,
I was wondering if maybe you could answer this question? I own a male budgie named Ciel (French for Sky) and he's around the age of 4-6 months.
It's oviously going to be hard for you to tell what "kind" of colour he is, but I was just wondering about your best guess. My best guess is that he's a Recessive Pied Cobalt/Dark Green, but I'm no expert, so I really have no idea.

Unfortunately, I am no familiar with the different color types/mutations of budgies.
