Cummnaction between each other!

Our bird does a poping sound back when you pop first, or if he pop and we pop back.
Is this how they talk back and forth to each other? Its really cool how he does the sound!  
Another question that I have is Why does he act completly different with different people?  Is this normal?

This type of mimicing is very common. You and your bird have chosen this popping sound as your "contact call."
