egg dropping

I have a female cockatiel, she just went into heat and tonight when I picked her up a large mass that I think was an egg fell to the floor, she has not mated with another cockatiel. Is this normal, and what do the eggs look like?

I am not shore if it is normal, but you could try asking your cockatiels vet. Cockatiel eggs are white and small. If you want a picture of cockatiel eggs you can go to google.com, images, and type in cockatiel eggs. Then click on google search.
