My Quaker Parrot Speedo

My husband and I have this Quaker Parrot(Parakeet) named Speedo. My question is Why do we find loose feathers all over her cage and on top of the table she sits on.

Birds do molt out their old feathers and grow new ones in. If however your bird is becoming bald then it's time for an avian veterinarian exam as this would be a symptom of illness.
