blood coming out of our female weiros bottom

If you're sure it's blood and not the result of a food she's eaten - it's an urgent care situation.  She may be egg bound and this can be life threatening in a very short time.

 Please get her to a vet who knows birds (it doesn't have to be an avian vet as long as they're experienced with birds).  

 If not egg bound, a parasite infection is a possibility and this too is serious, though not as urgent.

You need to keep in mind that birds can bleed out very quickly and with what seems to be very little blood loss.  Medical intervention whenever you see blood like this is truly the right thing to do.
