Answer
Hi Kirk,

She could be getting old, or she could be very sick.  Without more symptoms to work with it's impossible for me to guess what the problem may be.  Take a look at her breathing - is it labored?  Does she make a raspy sound, cough, or sneeze?  Also look at her feces - are they normal, or are they runny or discolored?  It might be a good idea to call a few vets and see if they know of any vets within driving distance that work with pocket pets, as I am not a professional and cannot give you a definitive diagnosis.  You can also try nearby colleges, as some that teach veterinary medicine or technology can help provide inexpensive care.  If she is old there won't be much you can do but help make her comfortable; however, if she is ill, you may have to put both mice on medication, so it's a good idea to get a professional vet's opinion as soon as you can.

Hope I helped,
-Tam
