I always clean out the food bowl and clean out the water bowl every third time or so. You also need to be offering your crabs ocean style salt water.

QUESTION: I asked you about dust mites and you asked for a link and that gave me the info so there it is.
AnswerOk, sorry, I didn't put the two posts together. I've never ever heard of dust mites in carpet killing crabs and I am extremely well read on crab behavior and health. I am going to contact that site and may edit it to remove. There is just no evidence for it. I would be more inclined to worry about them in a non-humid environment and them getting lost.
