Colour of eyes

Question
My childrens Guinea pig has just had two beautiful babies. One is white and brown and has blue eyes, the other is tri colour with brown eyes. Is it normal for a cavy to have blue eyes? Mum & Dad are both tri colour Abbysinians.

I have had a few animals with blue eyes.  It doesn't seem to affect their quality of life any.  I would keep an eye on him for a few days, just to make sure, but I don't see any reason why it would do him harm.
