I just wanted you to know that you were right about the cyst on my pig's back. We ended up taking her to a vet and he said that is was a sebaceous cyst.  He did just what you described and I got to watch. It was very interesting.  

Is there a chance that this will come back again?

I'm glad to hear that your pig is okay. There is always a chance that a sebaceous cyst will return.  Sometimes they come back in a week or so, and if that's the case very often the exit wound is still open and can be expressed without another incision.
