What should I do?

I don't know if u can help me. I'm having a behavior problem with my fert. She is really good with me and my boyfriend. When we first got her she would nip us but we got her to stop. The problem is she has attacked my grandma twice. The other day she ran downstairs. She is supposed to stay upstairs for the most part. My gram picked her up to take her upstairs. Sapphire grabbed onto her arm biting her several times drawling blood. Last night my gram was sleeping and sapphire got downstairs again and woke her up by climbing on the chair and like ripping her hand up also drawling blood. What should I do? I love my little girl. She has never done anything like this. She used to nip when we got her but she never drool blood.Thanks,

    I have never had a problem like this and I dont know why your ferret is doing that.  There may be a smell on your grandmas hands/arms that she likes.  Im very sorry but i really dont know what to say.  I dont know why should would only be biting your grandma.
