she stay eating out the trash can eat jewel up swallow plastic,newspaper,swallow jewel too always crying at night.

If your dog gets in to things she shouldn't, then teach her to stay in a  crate when you can't watch her.  Take her to training class and teach her to "leave it" when you say so.
