Are you supposed to clip a Cockabichons tail off?

Hello BJ, It is a matter of preference.  I would say that if it looks more cocker then yes, more bichon then no.  But most vets cut the tail off when the puppies are 3 to 4 days old.  Some vets will not do them after that age.  But if you happen to have one that is no longer a newborn and you decide to get the dog spayed or neutered then maybe at that time the vet will accommodate you.  Basically it is totally your choice.  Thanks for asking, Cindy Lou :)
