my dogs bad habits

Question
I have a 2 year old black lab and she tends to put her paw up (like the command shake) when were sitting down and her paw scratches are legs. How do i break that bad habit?

Answer
Tell her sit, off, or down.... or whatever command you want to use for that, and for my small dogs I usually bounce the palm of my hand off of the dog's nose or tap on the foot with my fingers (like a chicken pecking). When she removes her foot, give her lots of praise.
