my female pit is in heat. Can you tell me how long that will last. When is a good time to get her spaid following her cycle? Also, my male is going crazy for her, is there anything, like a spray or something, that would repell him away from her. Also, is it a good idea to get my male pitbull nuetered now that he is almost 4 years old? Any adivce is appreciated! Thank you!

Since I don't work in the medical field I don't know how long the heat cycle will last

But yes,I think it would be a good idea to get the male neautured for a long list of reasons,and the female can be done as soon as she is out of heat,if you get it done in heat vets usually charge way more

Now there is nothing to keep him off of her,except to make sure you keep them separate at all times
