Border collie in the city?

Can a border collies live in the city? What kind of daily exercise does this breed need? And does it like other dogs normaly?

yes, however they cannot be alone and unchallenged for a long time.  They are very busy and smart.   You must exercise them daily, but more importantly, you must challenge them.  Put them in a "flyball" class or agility.  Otherwise, they will destroy your house getting into to things to occupy their minds.
