A new pet

I want to get another dog, but my mom said I had to do some research on dogs first. I already have a hyper/playful Shi-tzu and a fat/lazy/playful at times old miniature schnauzer, what would be the best dog to get?

Another Shi Tzu,or Schnauzer would be my first choices as you are used to those breeds

Other good breeds are boston terriers,poodles&beagles as they are known for being playful and also lazy at the same time,like the dogs you currently have

also mixes from shelters are great too,so it might be a good idea to look at your local shelter and talk to staff-and they might find the right dog for you
