charging other dog

two male dogs both fixed, one 7 months and one 4 years . the younger one charges the older one and bites him in the leg whenever he lifts his leg to urinate

Hi Lynn,

When you walk your two dogs together, tell your younger dog "No!", while giving him a sharp tug on the leash the minute he goes after your older dog. Your dog needs to learn to listen to you, and also not to attack the other dog.
